Individual Therapy

You may feel frustrated with where you are now.  Perhaps you felt like you’d be further in life or that you’re not at all where you thought you’d be. Maybe you feel like, externally, everything looks fine, but it’s hard for you to speak up or advocate for yourself. You may have one or several relationships where you people please or are afraid to acknowledge what you want because you’re afraid of hurting someone else. This can lead to frustration, self-doubt, and even depression and anxiety. Part of individual therapy is discovering what you want as well as the barriers in the way of relational freedom. This doesn’t mean being alone. In fact, it means the opposite. It means creating boundaries so you can be present in your relationships and as you walk through the world. Part of therapy is uncovering blind spots and increasing insight and awareness so you can come to your own conclusions.

I’ve helped individuals in therapy as they walk through difficult transitions and are looking for a guide to walk them through it. In my years of working with people, I have seen the resilience of the human spirit, and I know you have the strength within you, too.

Feel free to contact me for a free 15-minute consultation so we can collaborate on how to help you best.
