Individual Therapy

Part of individual therapy is discovering what you want as well as the barriers in the way of relational freedom. This doesn’t mean being alone. In fact, it means the opposite. It means creating boundaries so you can be present in your relationships and as you walk through the world. Part of therapy is uncovering blind spots and increasing insight and awareness so you can come to your own conclusions.

I’ve helped individuals in therapy as they walk through difficult transitions and are looking for a guide to walk them through it. In my years of working with people, I have seen the resilience of the human spirit, and I know you have the strength within you, too.
