Welcome

Your experiences, relationships, and even your past send messages about who you are and how you walk through the world.

We all have stories that help us survive and thrive. But sometimes, it is hard to know what is helpful or harmful. We end up feeling stuck and overwhelmed.  If you find yourself facing a painful reality, I can help you find understanding and healing through empowerment and insight.

My style of therapy is intentional and reflective. You and I can collaborate to address current patterns that you would like to change and work with you to explore the origin of these issues to create lasting change.

If you are interested in meeting with me, feel free to contact me to set up an initial consultation. We’ll discuss why you are seeking therapy and create an action plan unique to your needs and desires.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope to help you find the help you need.

    About Eunice

Welcome. I’m glad you are here.

My name is Eunice, and I am a Licensed Therapist in Pasadena, CA.

I have worked extensively with individuals and families to help them understand themselves, build roads of communication, and cultivate healthy relationships.

Psychodynamic and empathy-based theories inform my approach to therapy.  My style has been described as calm, reflective, and insightful.  Along with my formal training, I want to provide an open space for you to be honest with yourself and others with the assurance that I am on your team.

I live in Los Angeles with my husband and two children.  In my past career, I worked to help advocate for victims of violence and other vulnerable populations. I learned what resilience is from my clients, and I take that message with me in my career as a therapist. I hope to bring all of myself into the therapy room so you can feel the space to share your story.
