But sometimes, these stories keep us feeling stuck. It can even come out in anger, depression, anxiety or unresolved family and relational conflict.
My style of therapy is collaborative and reflective. You and I will collaborate to address current patterns that you would like to change, and work with you to explore the origin of these issues to create lasting change. In therapy, we will explore how your experiences have shaped you so you can find a voice to create healthier patterns of relating and being.
