Welcome! I’m glad you’re here.

Are you in crisis? Feeling overwhelmed and anxious? Coping with stress in unhealthy ways? I help overwhelmed couples and individuals who find themselves experiencing pain and oppression in their relationship and individual paths find understanding and a voice through empowerment and insight, bringing hope for change.

Your experiences, relationships, and even your culture sends you messages about who you are and how you walk through the world. We all have stories that help us survive and thrive. But sometimes, these stories keep us feeling stuck. It can even come out in anger, depression, anxiety or unresolved family and relational conflict.

My style of therapy is collaborative and reflective. You and I will collaborate to address current patterns that you would like to change, and work with you to explore the origin of these issues to create lasting change. In therapy, we will explore how your experiences have shaped you so you can find a voice to create healthier patterns of relating and being.

If you are interested in meeting with me, feel free to contact me to set up a initial consultation. We’ll discuss why you are seeking therapy and create a plan of action unique to your needs and desires.
